From ancient times, shamans trained for many years to sharpen their ability to communicate with nature. They used this skill for various healing purposes and to assist the welfare of their local community. This ability to tune one's awareness is the art of Resonance -- an ability every human has, but requires awakening and practice.
In this special nature retreat, we take time to calm our minds and expand our awareness to tune into nature. We align with our deeper mind to begin to sense natural energies and influences that enhance personal energy and vitality.
